Clayton Poland is a civil engineer turned inspired speaker, thought leader and architect specializing in building a culture of family. Clayton believes that families, businesses, organizations and communities are transformed through the power of restoring simple family values designed to connect the disconnected dots in today’s world. He works with clients to identify their values and reconnect them with their families and communities.
Clayton is an accomplished storyteller with a talent for weaving an uplifting message throughout his stories. His hope is that, as he works with clients to help them achieve their goals and focus on what is most important, they will be inspired, entertained, encouraged, and empowered.
Clayton married his high school sweetheart, Leigh, in 1997. They have three kids: Ethan, Maddie, and Charlie. They live in West Monroe, LA where they find joy in faith, family, friends, and food, particularly shrimp and crawfish, BBQed or boiled. Clayton believes that food is made even more meaningful and delicious when it is shared around a table with those he loves.
