Jennifer McKinney is a Wellness Coach living in Orlando, FL. Her goal is to help others create a healthier and happier life through movement, wellness practices, and mindset coaching. Over the past 15 years in the fitness and wellness industry, her focus has shifted from teaching clients about calories in/calories out to educating them on self-care and positive mindset for long-term change.

Jennifer holds a BS in Athletic Training, an MA in Physical Education, and an MBA. She has also earned her 300 Hour Yoga Certification and Reiki Attunement Level 2. She combined her education and training with personal practices in order to help reshape her own relationship with food, alcohol, relationships, and her body, and is now committed to helping others do the same.

Jennifer believes that the power to create our best life begins when we connect with our bodies and build habits that support compassion and growth.
